About the role

  • Lead the technical design and development of Adobe AEM solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices
  • Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues
  • Align with architects and project managers to meet project goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver end-to-end AEM projects
  • Deep experience with AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Architecture)
  • Proven success in designing and implementing complex AEM solutions
  • Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Java & Web Technologies
  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Expertise in content and digital asset management
  • Skilled in building custom components, templates, and services
  • Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and automated pipelines
  • Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, Adobe Managed Services)
  • Proficient in tuning and scaling AEM applications
  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (AEP, WebSDK, MobileSDK, Target, RT-CDP)
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Knowledge of search and personalization strategies in AEM
