About the role
- Leads a team of advanced data analysts focused on driving initiatives that enhance advisor engagement, optimize distribution channels, and inform product development.
- Manages a portfolio of strategic data projects involving data collection, validation, and the creation of reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact insights, support prioritization efforts, and maximize business value.
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.
- Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Presents findings to senior leadership and uses findings to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing analytics teams
- Strong background in data analytics, preferably within the Risk domain
- Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
- Expertise in analytics journeys, experimentation, and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with a track record of influencing senior leaders
- Ability to prioritize initiatives effectively and ensure optimal value delivery across projects
