Consultant

• Provide income tax, estate planning, and/or wealth planning consultations to the largest Vanguard advised clients
• Review client's information and relevant documentation, research client issues, perform analysis to provide suggested solutions, and create client deliverables
• Guide and develop other wealth and estate planning crew within advice offer to help them grow to the next level
• Partner with financial advisors as they support clients in these subject areas and follow Vanguard's investment methodology
• Align with wealth and estate planning crew who provide consultations to Vanguard's clients in other divisions to ensure services in all offers are similar in philosophy and design
• Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on wealth planning topics
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and Vanguard's external publications
• Analyze internal systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and mitigate risk
• Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and departmental policies and procedures, as well as general market trends
• Support department and team initiatives
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
