Requirements
- Experience drafting patent applications
- Prosecution before the USPTO
- Supporting patent prosecution before foreign patent offices
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent
- USPTO admission required
- Prior law firm experience
- Advanced technical degree and/or experience with medical device technologies are a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Superb judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
