About the role
- Lead site-based logistics during project installation phase for large projects
- Create project logistics plan and consult Construction and Project Management
- Cooperate on committed shipping plan for international, national, and local deliveries
- Research transport documentation and act as POC for customs and forwarding
- Manage material receiving, identification, sorting, staging, documenting, picking, consolidating
- Prepare goods for handover to installation teams and manage installation planning look ahead
- Drive communication with Project Manager Supply and provide input to Project Planner
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements using dashboards and reports
- Manage on/off site warehouse operations and storage areas; define storage setup and processes
- Order and test software and hardware solutions for site logistics management
- Ensure logistical activities follow project HSE plan; organize safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Document and report deltas on quality, documentation, data or performance
- Set up staffing schedule, manage workload, and onboard/train local VI and subcontractor staff
Requirements
- Higher level education
- Knowledge of Logistical processes

- Advantaged user of software like Excel, JDE
