Manager, Supply to Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Monitor project supply plans to ensure alignment between S&OP and S&OE
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, budget evaluations, project updates, and escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5-8 year of relevant work experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Experience in project management and managing supply chain projects from inception to completion.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
