About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute core factory controlling responsibilities to ensure robust financial oversight
- Collect, analyze, and report financial data related to factory operations
- Support monthly IC revenue, CM, EBIT forecasting, and annual budget development
- Build business cases for capital and operational expenditures
- Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively
- Develop and apply analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and change management projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven +10 years of experience in financial business partnering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communicator and team player with the ability to multitask and plan efficiently
- Self-starter focused on outcomes and professional growth in an international and ambitious environment
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and high standards of integrity in financial matters.
