About the role
- Manage multiple customer service contracts within the North America Airport Services business
- Implement, manage, analyze and optimize service contracts for Airport customers
- Prepare and conduct tactical/quarterly meetings with Services site Manager
- Act as the representative towards the client on tactical issues
- Collaborate with Site Managers to drive a High Performance Company culture
- Support site managers with training, process standards, and company regulations
- Ensure adherence to company policy, customer policy, and government regulations
- Improve service processes, including service quality
- Initiate procurement of external suppliers needed for contract execution
- Support sales in acquiring new customers and implementation of new service contracts
- Prepare contract renewals, addenda, and indexations
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant working experience (preferably in airports and/or logistics)
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and problem solving with a hands-on mentality
- Experience coordinating training with a team; on-boarding; appraisals; recognition; recruiting
- Must be able to attain and sustain an Airport I.D. Badge and U.S. Customs Seal
