About the role
- Assist in the systematic review of acquired agency policies to identify and document policy language and content using specified data collection instruments and processes.
- Participate in weekly lab meetings to assure consistent processes across Research Technicians and other members of the research team.
- Other duties as requested may include assisting with training and quality assurance, data cleaning, manuscript drafting, or research dissemination.
Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or current master’s student in public health or a related field preferred or equivalent research experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams required; familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Stata, R, or similar) and qualitative analysis software useful but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Experience in conducting content review for qualitative and quantitative research studies, preferred.
