About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, maintain, and architect enterprise backend integration workflows using Azure Integration Services and C#
Design and support event-driven architectures using Azure Event Hubs and/or Kafka
Define message schemas, ordering, retries, dead-letter handling, and resiliency patterns
Build scalable object-oriented backend services using Azure Serverless and cloud-native design patterns
Optimize integration solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Implement monitoring and alerting with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
Ensure integrations meet enterprise security and compliance requirements
Collaborate with MuleSoft and other integration-platform teams on hybrid solutions
Drive improvements in integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Maintain technical documentation and provide troubleshooting and support for integration environments
Apply financial-services processes, data-integrity principles, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate emerging tools and approaches in event streaming, orchestration, automation, and AI-assisted integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of backend software development experience
Strong expertise in C# and Microsoft Azure
Strong object-oriented programming skills
Experience building scalable backend services
Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures, messaging, and asynchronous processing
Deep hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
Proficiency with Azure Serverless architectures and cloud-native integration patterns
Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and secure integration practices
Familiarity with financial-services, security, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience with Azure Event Hubs and/or Kafka
Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
