About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for all questions from prospective and existing customers. You respond to routine inquiries via email, social media and chat.
  • You inspire potential customers about the benefits of our language-learning programs — via email and in the chat during our webinars.
  • You provide existing customers with technical assistance using our digital products so they can reliably access their purchases.
  • You analyze and optimize our customer support processes by proactively identifying and eliminating process weaknesses.
  • You forward valuable customer feedback to product management and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products.
  • You are responsible for the entire dunning and collections process, independently handle overdue customer cases and manage communication with our collections provider and the affected customers.

Requirements

  • Some prior professional experience in customer service, Customer Success or a related field.
  • Customer contact is your personal strength and passion. You are empathetic, possess strong communication skills and enjoy selling.
  • Structured, independent working style and solution-oriented thinking. You are communicative and proactively take on your important interface role within the team.
  • Strong written skills, enjoyment of copywriting and confidence in spelling and grammar. Good German and English skills; basic Spanish is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy: you enjoy learning different tools and approach new technical solutions and challenges openly.
  • Openness to an agile environment, eagerness to learn and willingness to think proactively. You should have the commitment, curiosity and intrinsic motivation to dive deep into relevant topics such as digital processes or marketing.
