About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help review and test the Valuation Tool and Virtual Data Room / Diligence Tool
Validate translations and identify bugs, usability gaps, and inconsistencies before they reach clients
Research new functionalities, market trends, and competitor offerings
Distill research findings into clear, decision-ready summaries
Support drafting marketing materials such as white papers, webinars, social media postings, and website content
Run selective analyses on internal datasets and support database cleaning
Assist the valuation team on live projects through data gathering, comparable company research, and quality checks on model inputs and outputs
Take on ad-hoc tasks across strategy, product, marketing, sales, and finance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related degree program (Bachelor or Masters) at a University in Vienna
Physically located in Austria and not currently on exchange outside Austria
Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Ownership mindset, reliability, initiative, and ability to manage tasks independently with limited supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
Proficient in using AI tools in all work
Interest in Corporate Finance, Investments, and M&A
Available for at least 4 months, ideally 6–12 months
Foundational understanding of valuation methodologies and quantitative finance is a nice-to-have
Fluency or professional proficiency in an additional language is a nice-to-have
Prior internship or working-student experience in Finance, Accounting/Audit, Consulting, Investment Banking, M&A, VC/PE, or a Software/AI environment is a nice-to-have
Basic exposure to product testing, QA, or software development is a nice-to-have
