Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise client employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision and finance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training, university degree or relevant experience in customer advising, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
  • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
  • Enjoy interacting with people and working in an advisory capacity
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German language skills
  • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
