About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise employees of our client companies on topics such as Financial Wellbeing, insurance, pensions and personal finances
  • Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Independently handle customer inquiries – from consultation through to implementation
  • Explain complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our services and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training, a university degree or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
  • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
  • Work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
  • Very good command of German
  • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
