About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
- Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing solutions and develop long-term partnerships
- Support our partners by phone, in writing and virtually, ensuring a professional and positive service experience
- Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner
- Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes in the area of housing acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g. as a real estate agent, in property management, or in comparable roles
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and convincingly – including to diverse target groups
- Confident user of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
- Work independently, in a structured way, and responsibly
- Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
