About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Central communication interface: You coordinate the exchange between internal departments and customers to ensure a harmonious and consistent customer experience.
  • Relationship building & customer retention: You develop long-term customer relationships and maintain them through regular, personal contact.
  • Needs analysis & satisfaction: You identify individual customer needs and ensure long-term satisfaction for both the company and its employees.
  • Proactive customer information: You keep customers continuously informed about new benefits, developments and optimization opportunities.
  • Portfolio development & implementation: You continuously expand the benefits offering and successfully implement innovative bonus models in practice.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management or customer success management.
  • You demonstrate a strong service and customer focus and combine this with empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills.
  • You work independently, are solution-oriented and have strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • You are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
