About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and acquire potential housing partners in the German market
Advise landlords, property owners, and property management companies on operational housing concepts and build long-term partnerships
Support partners by phone, in writing, and virtually, ensuring a professional and positive service experience
Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as an estate agent, in property management, or in comparable roles
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and convincingly to different target groups
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
