About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
- Advise landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing concepts
- Manage and support partners via phone, written communication and virtual meetings
- Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing
- Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in the German real estate sector (e.g., as a broker/agent, in property management, or similar roles)
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively — including to diverse audiences
- Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Excellent German language skills
- Communicative, charismatic personality
