About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You act as the central interface between internal departments and clients
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through proactive relationship management
- Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees to develop tailored solutions and ensure high satisfaction
- Guide new and existing clients through all order processes, ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Proactively communicate new benefits and developments and actively help shape the benefits portfolio
- Advise clients strategically, develop customized benefits programs, and identify improvement opportunities in existing systems to support long-term employee retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics
- Ideally complemented by experience in compensation & benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial matters
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
