Key responsibilities & impact
  • Central communication interface between internal departments and customers
  • Coordinate exchanges to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through personal contact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
  • Strong service and customer orientation, combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented with strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
