About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital)
Handle customer inquiries independently – from consulting to implementation
Explain complex topics clearly and in a way that suits the target audience
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented
Excellent German language skills
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
