About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise employers on employee and corporate events from initial inquiry through execution
  • Create tailored event concepts and proposals, conduct sales meetings, and manage the process through to contract signing
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email and digital channels, and build long-term client relationships
  • Actively acquire new event locations and partners, maintain existing contacts, and continuously expand the network
  • Work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way in a remote setting and participate in onboarding in Munich, Steinsee and Fuerteventura

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong sales talent and proven experience in sales
  • Strength in consulting, communication and closing deals
  • Relevant professional experience in tourism, hotel or event environments or in a comparable commercial or sales-related role
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience in pricing proposals, contract closing, proactive account development, and routine use of CRM and ERP systems
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to work remotely from the Canary Islands
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
