About the role

  • Provide individual advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance and retirement planning
  • Support clients by phone, in writing and virtually
  • Handle customer inquiries and service processes independently – from consultation through to implementation
  • Explain complex insurance and financial topics in an easy-to-understand way
  • Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance and financial wellbeing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
  • Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
  • Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
  • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
  • Independent, structured and responsible working style
  • Very good written and spoken German
