About the role

  • Provide personalized advice on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement planning, with a focus on property and casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Support customers by phone, in writing, and virtually
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes — from consultation through implementation
  • Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, customer-focused manner
  • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
  • Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property and casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Strong service and customer orientation, with a genuine interest in advisory work
  • Proficient with IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
