About the role
- Advising employers on employee and corporate events
- Creating tailored event concepts and proposals
- Conducting sales conversations and managing the process through to contract signing
- Providing professional customer support by phone, email and digital channels
- Actively acquiring new event locations and partners
- Maintaining existing contacts and continuously expanding the network
Requirements
- Strong sales aptitude
- Proven experience in sales
- Relevant professional experience in the tourism, hotel or event sectors, or in a comparable commercial or sales-related role
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Experience in proposal costing and pricing
- Experience in closing contracts
- Active client development
- Proficient use of CRM and ERP systems
- Independent, organized and motivated working style in a remote setting
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
