About the role

  • Provide individualized advice to employees of our clients on financial well‑being, insurance and retirement planning within the property/casualty insurance area
  • Support clients by phone, in writing and virtually to ensure a positive service and user experience
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes, from consultation through implementation
  • Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, customer‑focused manner
  • Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the areas of retirement provision, insurance and financial well‑being

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
  • Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
  • Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
  • Confident handling of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
  • Independent, structured and responsible working style
  • Excellent written and spoken German
