About the role
- Advise employers on employee and corporate events
- Develop bespoke event concepts and proposals
- Lead sales discussions and manage the process through to contract signing
- Provide professional client support via phone, email, and digital channels
- Source and onboard new event venues and partners
Requirements
- Strong sales aptitude
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Experience in pricing/proposal calculations and closing contracts
- Confident use of CRM and ERP systems
- Independent and organized working style
- Motivated to work remotely from the Canary Islands
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
