About the role
- Provide personalized advice on financial wellbeing, insurance and retirement planning, with a particular focus on property insurance (P&C)
- Support clients by phone, in writing and virtually
- Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes
- Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, understandable manner
- Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance and financial wellbeing
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance field, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
- Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property insurance
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Enjoyment of advisory work
- Confident user of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Excellent spoken and written German
