Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness
- Clear and persuasive communication, both in one-on-one settings and when presenting to groups
- Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured way
- High level of organizational skills and solid commercial/business know-how
- Business-fluent German and English
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
