Requirements
- Completed business degree or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise account management, project management or customer success management
- Strong service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
- Independent, solution-focused work style with strong planning and coordination abilities
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Flexible working hours, modern office in Fuerteventura or 100% remote across the Canary Islands
- Workation with extras: Up to 4 weeks of EU workation per year – including flight & accommodation when choosing Munich as the location
