About the role

  • Central communication hub: Coordinate interactions between internal departments and clients to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personal engagement
  • Needs analysis: Identify individual customer needs and ensure satisfaction for both companies and employees
  • Proactive customer updates about new benefits, developments and optimization opportunities
  • Portfolio development: Continuously expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models

Requirements

  • Completed business degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise account management, project management or customer success management
  • Strong service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, solution-focused work style with strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
