About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic enterprise account management and end-to-end responsibility for selected enterprise clients
  • Lead implementation projects and complex change and transformation programs
  • Top-level stakeholder management and building trusted, long-term partnerships as a trusted advisor
  • Identify strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Contribute to pitches and proposal development for highly complex enterprise deals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years (5+ years) of professional experience in a reputable management or strategy consulting firm, or in a demanding in-house consulting role
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects, restructurings, or margin/cost-efficiency programs
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and to develop enterprise clients strategically at the top-management level
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability
  • Business-fluent German and English
