About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow branch production through recruiting, coaching, and sales leadership
- Develop and mentor Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize performance
- Build strong relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners
- Drive branch profitability, pipeline management, and operational efficiency

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of mortgage lending experience
- Previous experience leading or managing a mortgage sales team
- Proven history of recruiting and developing producing loan officers
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and guidelines
- Established referral network and business development mindset
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Active NMLS license preferred
