Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and engage high-potential, multi-lingual professionals for Japanese SMEs and large-scale enterprises.
Act as the "engine" of the recruitment funnel, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, JobBoards, and social media for targeted sourcing.
Build and maintain a "Candidate Pipeline" in the database.
Execute first-touch communication via LinkedIn or email to gauge candidate interest.
Provide weekly briefs on sourcing metrics.

What you’ll need

Boolean Search Mastery: Expert-level ability to use search strings to find niche talent.
Platform Proficiency: High familiarity with LinkedIn, Bonus (not required): Japanese-specific platforms like BizReach or Wantedly.
English Fluency: Exceptional written English for professional candidate outreach.
Organization: Self-starter capable of managing a pipeline via Google Sheets/Excels.
Japanese Language (Bonus): Basic reading/understanding of Japanese profiles (not strictly required).
Experience Level: Intermediate (2–4 years).
