About the role

  • Lead the development and evolution of brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints and materials.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and high-quality design assets.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand applications.
  • Design and develop branded materials such as presentations, brochures, business cards, and other marketing or communication assets.
  • Build scalable design templates and frameworks that enable internal teams to produce brand-aligned materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels, formats, and teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on brand direction, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to conceptual design work, bringing creative ideas that elevate the brand and strengthen its visual presence.
  • Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure effective application of brand standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and building brand identity systems.
  • Proven ability to elevate and strengthen brand presence across multiple materials and channels.
  • Strong experience executing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across assets.
  • Ability to create scalable brand templates and frameworks for internal teams.
  • Experience developing or expanding brand guidelines documentation.
  • Experience translating brand strategy into real applications across touchpoints (e.g., presentations, brochures, business cards, digital assets).
  • Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders across teams to align on brand direction and deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused design work.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
