About the role

  • Cooperate with the Lead TA to design, develop and launch talent acquisition strategies, programs, tools and processes for the country
  • Act as consultant and TA partner, advising hiring managers and supporting full TA operation (inside and outside the hub of specialization)
  • Provide and co-create strategies to meet business goals
  • Own and monitor the main TA KPIs of the country, consolidating TA data and asking lead for guidance when needed
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes (hunting, sourcing, recruiting, selection, interviews, decisions, hiring, and data processing)
  • Drive market research to identify new candidate sourcing opportunities and propose process/technology improvements
  • Conduct strategic headhunting for key roles and align with managing directors for key hires
  • Monitor and distribute tasks to lower seniorities according to strategies and priorities
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR policies and alignment with D&I global strategies
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to run joint TA strategies and identify improvement points
  • Negotiate with candidates and internal teams during hiring processes
  • Act as a brand ambassador in employer branding events (job fairs, meetups) and related strategies
  • Provide support, guidance and inspiration to direct or indirectly supervised staff
  • Work closely with clients and other Valtech sites to share recruiting pipeline visibility and improve client experience
  • Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to fulfill priority tasks as a team

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience working in recruiting processes
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Strong experience working with social media for recruitment purposes
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or data processing tools
  • Strong experience working in companies related to the IT and/or Agency industries
  • Strong experience working with any ATS or Recruiting softwares
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Candidate experience and customer experience knowledge (customer journey map, paint points treatment, continuous improvement)
  • Detailed oriented and analytical
  • Multitask and flexible to adapt into very dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Make-it-happen spirit. Proactive and hands on
  • Able to set priorities
  • Eager to learn and challenge each day aiming to reach Talent Acquisition's goals
  • Experience or interest in implementing agile methodologies inside TA processes
  • Leadership aiming to inspire and develop people
  • (Nice to have) Executive Recruitment (C-level), Business recruitment experience
  • (Nice to have) People analytics and data dashboarding knowledge or experience, preferably working with Power BI
