About the role
- Plan & deliver change across concurrent initiatives. Build integrated change strategies and plans spanning communication, enablement/training, champions, and adoption measurement for programme workstreams
- Stakeholder engagement & governance. Map stakeholders, define roles/decision rights, and run fit-for---purpose governance routines (steerco updates, forums, office hours) that align with programme guardrails and expectations.
- Change impact & readiness. Lead impact assessments for affected groups; baseline readiness; identify resistance points; co-create mitigation actions with relevant teams.
- Communication strategy and execution. Craft clear narratives and “what’s in it for me” messaging diverse audiences, from executive sponsors to end users; design multi-channel comms (Town Halls, Teams, SharePoint, enablement hubs). (Supported by programme comms cadences already in use.)
- Enablement & adoption. Design role-based training paths, -QuickStart guides, and -job embedded- aids for AI tools and agents; partner with Tool Champions to test features and translate updates into adoption actions.
- Benefits tracking and sustainability. Define measurement strategies, establishing clear success metrics and KPIs tied to adoption, usage and business outcomes. Instrument feedback loops and setup mechanisms for continuous improvement. Execute sustainment plans post-luanch to embed change into BAU processes to lock in value over time.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in change management for digital/technology transformations, ideally spanning enterprise platforms and modern SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information, using hypothesis-driven- approaches and iterative learning.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels (exec sponsors, functional leaders, product/engineering teams, change champions).
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—able to simplify complex AI concepts, frame trade-offs, and drive decisions. (Programme artefacts emphasize transparency/visualization.)
- Hands-on experience designing and executing key change management deliverables (change strategy, impact/readiness, comms/training plans, adoption tracking).
- Familiarity with AI productivity and developer tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and their enterprise adoption patterns.
