About the role
- Responsible for developing and scaling a new, profitable revenue stream for Valpak
- Leveraging robust data products and audience targeting capabilities
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Translating complex data solutions into actionable business value
- Play a critical role in positioning Valpak’s audience solutions as a core part of clients’ marketing strategies
- Identify sales prospects and work with leadership on prospect strategy
- Make outbound calls, emails, social media posts, and conference networking to potential customers to generate, present, and close new business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the data, online media/advertising experience
- Demonstrated a history and success of contracting and developing client relationships at the senior (Decision Maker) level or Agency level.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results oriented
- Extensive knowledge of online advertising, media, affiliate marketing and online and mobile commerce
- Ability to manage priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Multi-tasking capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
