About the role
- Lead and develop regional sales operations and support teams to deliver high-quality execution.
- Ensure operational excellence across regions, driving consistency while meeting local needs.
- Partner with sales leaders to provide proactive operational support and solutions that boost performance.
- Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance scalability and sales effectiveness.
- Standardize and improve workflows, processes, and SOPs across regional teams.
- Build and maintain process maps, documentation, and training resources for consistency and adoption.
- Partner with Analytics to deliver dashboards and KPIs that provide actionable insights.
- Act as a connector across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT to align priorities and support change management.
- Provide visibility to senior leadership and contribute to high-impact initiatives to scale operations for long-term success.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales operations, project management, or process improvement.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools.
- Proven success leading regional or distributed teams and driving alignment across functions.
- Expertise in workflow mapping, documentation, and SOP creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence frontline teams and senior executives.
- Must be located within Tampa/St Petersburg to attend quarterly in-person team meetings at our office in St Petersburg, FL.
- Preferred: B2B, media, or SaaS background.
- Preferred: Experience in change management and training for process rollouts.
