About the role
- Empower sales teams with skills, knowledge, insights, and tools for digital solutions
- Drive increased revenue and optimize ROI within the sales system
- Collaborate with Agency team for training, product positioning, and local sales enablement
- Lead market-level promotional initiatives and launch new digital products
- Execute training initiatives, design and deliver in-market workshops, reinforce best practices
- Review campaigns for effectiveness and best practices
- Provide in-market and online training; participate in ride days
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer support to launch and scale new products
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mentor or leader
- Demonstrated exceptional success at selling and understanding how to package Digital products with Clipp and Valpak print products
- Extensive Digital product knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Comfortable with technology, including Office 365
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to train and influence others without direct authority
- Teacher/Coach mentality; persuasive, encouraging, patient, and motivating
- Travel up to 75% of time
