About the role

  • Empower sales teams with skills, knowledge, insights, and tools for digital solutions
  • Drive increased revenue and optimize ROI within the sales system
  • Collaborate with Agency team for training, product positioning, and local sales enablement
  • Lead market-level promotional initiatives and launch new digital products
  • Execute training initiatives, design and deliver in-market workshops, reinforce best practices
  • Review campaigns for effectiveness and best practices
  • Provide in-market and online training; participate in ride days
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer support to launch and scale new products

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mentor or leader
  • Demonstrated exceptional success at selling and understanding how to package Digital products with Clipp and Valpak print products
  • Extensive Digital product knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Comfortable with technology, including Office 365
  • Excellent presentation and coaching skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to train and influence others without direct authority
  • Teacher/Coach mentality; persuasive, encouraging, patient, and motivating
  • Travel up to 75% of time
