About the role
- Prepare accurate Loan Estimates and deliver required disclosures to Valon loan applicants in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Process loan dispositions in accordance with established compliance policies and procedures
- Order and manage third-party services essential to loan production, including appraisals, title work, and required verifications
- Coordinate the seamless transfer of loans from Sales to Processing to ensure a smooth and positive borrower experience
- Provide administrative support to Lending Management, including general Setup Desk responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of mortgage originations experience
- Mortgage compliance knowledge is a plus
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong communicator with excellent writing abilities
- High integrity with strong ethical values
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and or projects simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-team members
- Eager to join a highly dynamic team and play a role in a high-growth, transformative project
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
