About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project management oversight and support for the Pulp, Energy & Circularity Service area
  • Develop service agreement and field job scopes, contractor RFQs, RFIs, and proposals
  • Interact with contractors, vendors, and internal parties
  • Develop and maintain customer proposals for site services and agreements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Provide on-site and/or off-site project support throughout projects and agreements
  • Participate in sales support site visits
  • Track and meet deliverables for agreements, site services, and warranty periods
  • Participate in strategic planning for PEC agreements and service offerings
  • Manage service project and agreement expenses within established budgets
  • Assist with maintenance and outage planning
  • Develop working relationships with customers and contractors
  • Audit contract language for compliance with company guidelines and risk minimization
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Product teams, Engineering, and Project Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree from a college, university, or technical/trade school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel around 50% to support customers
  • International assignments may be required
  • Paper industry or project management experience of more than 5 years is a bonus
  • Ability to interpret technical data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to resolve questions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong PC and engineering systems skills
  • Must be living in and authorized to work in the US
  • Employment contingent upon background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen
