About the role
- Business Partner with PAC and PEC Service Leaders in AP to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
- Deliver financial analysis and actionable recommendations to meet business and financial targets.
- Take a hands-on role in monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze results, validate data, and ensure accurate and timely reporting across the organization.
- Lead, manage and develop the AP Service Controller team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Control customer orders and capacity costs together with your team.
- Provide financial support and control for AP PAC & PEC service organizations (sales and operations).
- Contribute to global finance development initiatives and ensure local implementation of tools, principles, and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including a solid background in controlling.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous managerial experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed (reasonable amount).
