About the role
- Lead EI&C project execution
- Manage resources and ensure harmonized ways of working
- Support delivery projects and sales phases
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate deviations from product standards
- Responsible for cost estimation, scheduling, and quality assurance of engineering activities
- Mentor and guide your team to meet project goals
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in engineering (Electrical, Automation or similar field)
- At least 5 years’ experience in EI&C engineering, preferably within the pulp and energy sector
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate globally and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor and guide teams
- Proficiency in English language
- Swedish language is seen as an advantage
- Willingness and availability to travel at least 20% of your working time
