About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and manage assigned customer accounts ensuring that mill level agreements and service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Work closely with both internal and external customers to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Check that processes are running smoothly and ensure we fulfill the requirements of service agreements to meet customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or a related field
four to six years’ related experience; AND / OR over 10 years of experience in various positions such as in training as a paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or service supplier to the industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent client management skills.
Understanding of general Project Management practices.
Expectation of about 30-50% travel as part of this role.
