About the role
- Support the development and implementation of risk and opportunity practices in capital and sales projects
- Facilitate risk reviews and cost uncertainty analyses to support project teams
- Analyze realized risks and missed opportunities to identify root causes and improvement areas
- Collaborate across departments to promote continuous improvement and share learnings
- Provide expertise, training, facilitation, and tools to strengthen risk and opportunity management practices
- Bring forward your insights and challenge assumptions
Requirements
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with risk management processes and tools
- A proactive mindset and the courage to speak up and share your views
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
- Good understanding of PEC business processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration and networking skills in a matrix organization
- A systematic and results-oriented way of working
- Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken
