About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring regular site safety checks are conducted
Maintaining strict quality control procedures including regular testing of materials
Visual inspections of work and frequent tours of the site
Set, monitor and report the performance of the site against standards and targets
Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures
Coordinate pre-site and on-site meetings with a range of professionals
Controlling and checking the site budget on weekly basis
Ready to take the planning and site engineering job when not posted in project sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor / Master degree at Mechanical Engineering
10-20 years experience in the Pulp Mills, in Recovery area (Lime Kiln, Mud Filter, Recausticiser, Disc filters)
Experience in Valmet supplied plants is preferred
Must be willing to travel and stay at site for long duration in India and abroad
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
