About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In-house support for Service Sales and close collaboration with Service Area Managers
Quotation support and preparation of basic quotes based on technical specifications
Support in service and maintenance contract management (preparation of contract amendments, customer communication)
Act as interface between Service, Order Processing and Customers
Maintain customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems
Support billing matters based on service reports
Document management for service operations and service projects
General administrative and organizational support for the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial (business) or technical vocational training
Ideally, professional experience in service sales, internal sales (sales support) or technical service
Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
