About the role
- Develop and carry out engineering procedures, techniques, and sequences to achieve quality and productivity.
- Conduct engineering analyses using scientific principles to produce and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with and support design, development, and production teams to ensure activities are aligned for delivery.
- Understand quality requirements, identify risks, and implement processes to achieve objectives.
- Provide coaching and training within own responsibility area.
Requirements
- Less than 3 years experience, represents typical entry-level position
- Strong understanding of engineering procedures, techniques, and sequences
- Ability to conduct engineering analyses and create blueprints and technical specifications
- Coordination skills to support design, development, and production teams
- Understanding of project quality requirements and risk identification
- Ability to provide coaching and training in responsibility area.
