About the role
- Profit and loss responsibility for Pulp, Energy and Circularity Service in the Area
- Implement the strategic objectives of Pulp, Energy and Circularity for stable business growth
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Valmet’s organization
- Lead and develop a distributed international organization of professionals across multiple functions
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of the Pulp and Energy business segments, technologies and market in the Area
- Proven track record of identifying, developing and motivating people to meet business targets
- Successful management experience of leading multicultural teams in an international environment
- Strong business acumen, understanding business financials and strategic mindset
- Good interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with teams, stakeholders, and partners at all levels
- Extensive experience in managing sales and operations of our business
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time and some internationally
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a related fields
