About the role
- Lead assigned projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, erection, start-up, and purchasing activities
- Oversee project cost estimates, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to management
- Act as the main interface with customers, managing negotiations, documentation, and payment processes
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and guarantee requirements
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational or technical role
- Experience with paper machinery and papermaking processes
- Strong English and Italian knowledge
- Good command of MS Office and ERP systems
- Valid driving licence (B) and available to travel up to approximately 100 days per year
