About the role

  • Lead assigned projects from planning through delivery
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, erection, start-up, and purchasing activities
  • Oversee project cost estimates, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to management
  • Act as the main interface with customers, managing negotiations, documentation, and payment processes
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and guarantee requirements

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operational or technical role
  • Experience with paper machinery and papermaking processes
  • Strong English and Italian knowledge
  • Good command of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Valid driving licence (B) and available to travel up to approximately 100 days per year
